Background and/or requirements
We want to submit attestations using Farcaster username, not Eth address.

How to resolve
This API should work for this - https://docs.farcaster.xyz/developers/guides/accounts/find-by-name

Definition of done

You can make an attestation using a farcaster username
Form validation requires eth addr to be found
Proper feedback is returned to the user for this input
