Opensrp platform can not start #273

When I deployed my opensrp.war again in the tomcat’s web apps folder it can’t start. it says:

HTTP Status 404 – Not Found
Type Status Report

Message The requested resource [/opensrp/] is not available

Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.
