There's probably a lot of issues we need to file around this.
But to start

1. Initialize with a wallet
2. Create / seed a funding pool
3. Configure distribution (i.e. metrics-driven).

Can be powered by Allo, 0xsplits, Drips, Superfluid etc

At ETHGlobal, we got this started, there were 2 versions that @Jabolol worked on

(1) Was what we ended up using, deploying Splits
(2) Is a partial exploration of what a Drips SDK would look like. Unfortunately Drips deprecated their own SDK, so it will take time and cooperation to get a Drips SDK working again
