Hi,

I have built the OpenSim conda packages for windows, linux, and osx platforms (all x64). It looked like a good idea to share it here as it was missing a build for OpenSim4.1.

Link to conda packages. Please feel free to test them.

If it is okay, then I can send a pull request. :)

That's fantastic! Can you share the build scripts?
We try to deploy it through conda forge conda-forge/staged-recipes#4693 but we keep dropping the ball on that one, any help would be greatly appreciated
