adding Score to context list causes ann's to each print twice

932fb83 adds Score to the list of contexts (necessary in order to annotate \tempo, and probably some other things too) but this inclusion of Score causes all annotations to be each printed twice (as in: each annotation gets printed twice in a row, then the next one twice, then the next, etc.). This appears to happen in both console and exported outputs.

I'm actually unsure why the commit was made to initial-latex-package branch. Since the fix causes other problems, I'm reverting it in the initial-latex-package branch. I'd suggest starting a new branch to address the problem separately anyway.
