Missing coordinates and how to collect it are a big challenge for countries, in many times some organisations have geo coordinates informations that need to be matched with the national system.
Can we include a report where after a reconciliation the tool say this facility from a secondary source have coordinates and seems to be the same as this facility from the official data source that have not geo coordinates.
From this report the update can be do manually.
