Image with all test suites of TEAM Engine Beta and Production shall be pushed to Docker Hub.

Currently, both images are already pushed to Docker Hub.

However, a release is not created so far (latest tag is always overwritten).

Meeting between @ghobona and @dstenger:

Proposed tag pattern: yyyy-mm-dd (e.g. 2022-01-23)
Tags shall be created on:
- Docker Hub
- GitHub
