Currently there are no XML encoding provided for the O&M Sampling Features modelled in the O&M abstract specification.

Defining GML Simple Features Profile encoding also for the Sampling Feature classes would be useful in cases where the foiReference properties points to the sampling feature using WFS servers only capable of providing simple features.
