Need to add properties to DrillingCampaign

Idea : an equivalent exercise was carried out for Inspire, under the term EnvironmentalMonitoringActivity because the scope was environmental monitoring campaign (see https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/data-model/approved/r4618-ir/html/index.htm?goto=2:3:6:1:1:7980 )
