get rid of lottie or rive

Lottie is a mobile library for Android and iOS that parses Adobe After Effects animations exported as json with Bodymovin and renders them natively on mobile!

Rive Flutter is a runtime library for Rive, a real-time interactive design and animation tool.
cf. https://pub.dev/packages/rive

We currently use both (lottie once, rive 4 times).
Hopefully we could get rid of one of them, which will save us bugs and maintenance like #4979 for lottie and #4929 for rive.
