Add a knowledge panel action to the empty nutrition table knowledge panel

What

• If there's no nutrition, the nutrition table is shown as a subknowledge panel of the Health panel, but without a call to action
• Add a knowledge panel action to the empty nutrition table knowledge panel "Add missing nutrition facts"

Why

• Ensure maximization of opportunities on the road to Nutri-Score
• Reduce the number of clicks needed to edit from 3 to 1

How ?

• The right action is already implemented for the Nutri-Score subknowledge panel (in case there's no Nutri-Score computed)
