Make more attributes tapable in the Summary card

What

• Allergens attributes are currently not tapable in the mobile app, whether they are unknown or known
• Make more attributes tapeable in the Summary card of the official mobile app, making the experience consistent (Ultra-processing is already tapeable, but we didn't finish the job) by adding more linked knowledge panels for various attributes
  • Allergens (commented out, since we don't have an associated knowledge panel yet)
  • vegan/vegetarian/palm oil unknown

• This is important because it increases the likelihood that someone will take a photo of/extract the ingredient list

• @g123k wants to be able to tap to understand why he sees a question mark on his favorite attribute, and get the ingredients knowledge panel (or a new specific knowledge panel) prompting him either to take a photo or extract the ingredients
