[GH Request] Coordination Working Group Meetings Folder and Recordings

I usually watch recordings that land up in this folder as it's really easy to access the recordings across working groups. It seems like there are two Open edX Contributor Discussions folders though:

1. Coordination WG Recordings - nothing in this folder
2. Core Contributors WG Recordings

Could we remove one? And also label the folder as per the meeting name "Open edX Contributor Discussions"?

Then I also see the latest recording in Core Contributors WG Recordings is only 3 minutes long (26th November). I know this meeting took place. And it seems Xavier linked to it in the WG meeting notes - but when I select it it tells me I need access. So could we check that recordings get added to the correct public folders?

Yes, the proposal has been accepted, so we will do it. For timing, we do need to rewrite a bit the charter, and get everyone to review before enacting it, so it won't be immediate either. I was planning on doing the bulk of the work to implement the proposal partners as maintainers first, which is more urgent, and then do the renaming. If anyone wants to accelerate that by doing the rewrite and/or organizing its review, let me know.

Sorry for the delay @cassiezamparini . We've recently set up a new system for automatically sorting meeting recordings into folders based on the calendar invite name. I don't think it's enabled yet for the Coordination WG meeting, but I can make that happen, and then take care of the two existing folders.

In the meantime, could you ensure that the Working Group calendar invite is named exactly as you'd like it to be? Or, if you lack permission to do that, let me know what it should be, and I can make the calendar update.

I unfortunately don't have permission to update the Working Group Calendar, so could you do it for me? Can we change it to the "Contributor Coordination Working Group".

@cassiezamparini Calendar event updated 👍🏻 And if everything is set up as I think it is, future instances of the meeting will automatically be recorded and transcribed to https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/11i6YlcD4xQMJH5SOHZk33JNGL04QS25m (this is just folder "2" from your comment, but renamed). I also deleted empty folder "1".

I see there's CC WG meeting on the 21st. If anything unexpected happens with that recording, feel free to reopen this ticket. Thanks Cassie!

Instead of opening a new issue, I'm just adding this here. I noticed that the Contributor Coordination WG's latest meeting wasn't added to the Contributor Coordination WG folder, instead it's been added to the root folder:
