Remote post values to openchain

Hi!

I want to ask something to view the process to send remote data to my openchain server. If i understand openchain have structures to send data, but i don't look the real secuence to complete this

First i need to use protobuf to get the class in any languague to create the correct structure to send to my openchain server. This is right? In this point if i create a personal structure it's not working with openchain because openchain doesn't know this, but in the openchain structure i don't see the point to put my data

Example:

I want to send to my openchain a text "Hello world" if this value goes into RecordValue structure, i need encrypt first this string? or with only putted in into RecordValue structure and create the build it's enough?

Sorry it's my question it's to simple or something like that but it's my first time working with this
