How to set autocommit for orchestrtor detection thread

orc_ha_user | xx.xx.xx.xx:PORT | NULL | Sleep | 0

the MySQL cluster managed by orchestrator is not autocommit
| autocommit | OFF |

Can we set some configuration that can make these thread commit automatically
