Did openai-python 1.0.0 release broke openai/evals?

Is it just me or did the release of the 1.0.0 openai-python breaks new openai/eval installations?

Somewhat surprised nobody has mentioned it yet

Steps to reproduce:

* git checkout [email protected]:openai/evals.git
* cd evals
* python -m venv myenv
* source myenv/bin/activate
* pip install -e .
* oaieval gpt-3.5-turbo test-match
