Feature: automate homebrew tap generation

Suggested solution

Currently, we have to manually change the values in the homebrew tap ruby. Example:

• feat: Upgrade pizza-cli to v1.3.0 #5
• feat: Homebrew formula for pizza CLI v1.2.1 #4

Ideally, we'd have a meta-script that could generate this for us. Nothing too fancy, just something that could look at the values needed to inject into the tap ruby.

A stretch goal would be to make it able to integrate into GitHub actions and automatically create the PR for the release.
