Fix currently ignored build issues in two sub-modules #128

Github actions currently fails building the following two sub-modules:

data_filter_mongodb (due to missing REPOSITORY, possibly more problems)
data_filter_example (python tests seems to fail intermittently - uses python 2 which is EOL soon)

Fix these problems and remove the current ignore condition in the build script.
