Show the loading screen (ionic loadingController) in some screen transitions #18

Due to calls to the server that can take a few seconds, better to show the loading screen.

i.e.

The transition from the auto test to the appointment screen.
The transition from the appointment confirmation to the appointment page.
The transition from the page where use choose a reason to leave home to the success screen.
And in case the user choose a custom reason, the transition between custom reason to the success screen.
