I hope the clusteradm can support querying the clusterset to show the managered clusters under the clusterset. #294

Listing all the managedclusters might not scale when there are large number of managed clusters.
I think the current implementation is ok.

What do you think @ycyaoxdu ?

aggred @mikeshng, and i'm also thinking whether this could be supported by a flag, maybe looks like --list-all-clusters, which should be set by end user manually if they really need to list all managedclusters under managedclusterset.

I actually think it makes sense to list clusters in clusterset with -o tree, and we hide this when using -o table
