Not sure the best way to organize, but here are the relevant dimensions I imagine...

Version of code which creates the database
Time slice used to create the database (just most recent for now, don't want to introduce complexity of history)
Affiliation methodology (for now, using CMS's affiliates for nursing homes). But basically, we will produce versions of the dataset with different affiliate mapping methodologies overlayed via "AffiliatedWith" edges.
