Feedback DAO Voting

I would like to propose some improvements on the DAO governance voting process to help the user vote with more confident.
Because from my own experience, I found it quiet hard to understand some of the interactions. Mostly because of lack of visual feedback. I know the team is constantly improving the gateway and working hard on the total ecosystem, and it's awesome. I hope this helps a bit for making it even better.

Suggestions to improve the general flow of voting:

• Visual improvement, outlining of the background boxes and text where a bit off
• Positioning the "Delegate buttons" mirrowed to the wallet balance, so the user knows that he has to "convert" his Bobas to "votes" intuitively.
• Outline the "total votes" the user has. This is very important, because this was my first thought when I wanted to use the DAO, how many votes do I got.
• Explain in detail how the voting process works. So the user has a clue what to do.
• Add a button with a direct link to the https://forum.boba.network/ website. This is something I really missed. Displaying the forum button on the gateway gets people more involved into the dissucions on the governance proposals, even if they have less than 100,000 bobas to spend.
• Give more feedback when a user has voted.

1. Let the user know they voted successfully
2. Let the user know what their vote was (Yes, No, Abstention)
3. Let the user know how many votes they used
4. Let the user know it could take a few minutes before the votes are added to the proposal
