[FEATURE] Add support for Keras models

Currently, we only support scikit-learn models. We want to extend its functionality to include support for Keras models, which are widely used for building deep learning models.

Integrate Keras model support into our XAIWrapper, allowing users to apply our explainability techniques to neural networks and other deep learning models.

• Modify XAIWrapper to accept and handle Keras model objects
• Adapt existing explainability methods for Keras models where possible
