Put a dropped down box with several preset licenses but you are still able to type in your own license still

So like there would be a dropdown as default with with a few popular licenses to select from, including "Other" or "Custom" which would make a text input appear. So you could write a custom licenses, not included in the default selection?

Alternative would be, we make the list of licenses stored on device like 'status types' and 'labels' which can be edited via settings. Might make sense in case an author uses a custom license multiple types. So they need to add it only once, then use the selection afterwards.
