Improve author boxes on posts

After adding the multiple authors plugin, in posts with multiple authors we are seeing:

• Both names with no proper description in the right sidebar
• Both author boxes below each post
  It will be nice to just show all author boxes at the right sidebar but it look like the plugin do not include this option.

Notes:

• The molongui_author_box shortcode is only availablre for premium users.
• The author-info-coauthors.php and author-info.php files are failing to show descriptions properly.

Note from partner team

 The plugin is probably using the default Author meta fields and the OKF theme uses some 
non-standard or custom ones. In one place they are displayed correctly since they load the 
correct meta description field.
I recommend updating the theme templates to always use the default Author description 
which can be managed through the Edit User page.
