Duplicate Phone Number Field

Describe the bug
When clicking the search icon near "/IN", it shows a search overlay with "Phone Number" input,
The main interface already having a phone number displayed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to "Search Patients" tab
2. Click on the search icon next to "/IN"
3. A second phone number search interface appears.

Expected behavior

The search overlay that appears when clicking the search icon can be removed.
