Enable auto-switch feature for DOB input on the Patient Registration page

Describe the bug
The Date of Birth (DOB) input field on the Patient Registration page does not automatically switch focus between fields (e.g., day to month, month to year) when the maximum number of digits for a field is entered.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Search Patients on sidebar'
2. Click on 'Add New Patient button'
3. Scroll down to 'DOB input field'
4. See error

Expected behavior
The DOB input field should automatically switch focus to the next field (e.g., from day to month, and month to year) once the maximum number of digits for the current field is entered, allowing for a seamless and efficient user experience.
