Page Redirects to the End of the Form When a Questionnaire is Added

When a questionnaire is added in an encounter, the page automatically redirects to the end of the form instead of the beginning. This forces users to scroll all the way back to the top to start filling out the form, leading to a frustrating user experience.

Expected Behavior

• After adding a questionnaire, the page should start with the beginning of the questionnaire form so users can start filling it out immediately.
