Ration Card system

Ration card, there is an issue. The colour theme is not same across the country. there are 4 categories and that is same. Hence i think, we can stick on to category as universal and not the colour if we want it to be unified across the country
Categories -
Antyodaya Anna Yojana [AAY] - Yellow ( same across country)
Priority House Hold [PHH] - Pink(Kerala) Orange (Central)
Non- Priority (Subsidy)House Hold [NPS] - Blue ( Kerala) , not specified (Central)
Non- Priority (Non-Subsidy) House holds [NPNS] - While ( same across country)
