Describe the bug

  • Hide the Average Working Hour and video conference link from the user creation form, as they are not relevant to all user type
  • Hide local body field from the user creation form for user type pharmacist, Volunteer, Doctor, Staff, Staff Readonly, Nurse, Nurse Readonly , For reference old issue : Create Staff: hide local body field #1119

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior
