Location based filter: Patient list

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
CARE is expanding beyond the 10BedICUs in hospitals. The doctors and nurses would want to look at patients based on which location they are admitted to.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a filter in advanced filter to filter by location.
The user must be allowed to select 1 location at a time
The filter dropdown must have all registered locations in the facility
The filter must be the first filter on top, under patient based filter in the "advanced filter" panel
