Currently, in CARE even though we mark whether an asset is working or not, We do not whether a complaint is filed and what the resolution is or the turnaround time for the same.

Add more depth to the module by adding a complaint log

• Remove Status (working/not working) from https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/a3910fb7-db3d-4ddf-aa39-1f20e61d1453/assets/6582310a-6ca8-4b40-9d58-7e99342273b4/update
• Add a separate section for Complaint Log as shown in the design
• The status of asset must automatically be fetched based on the complaint log
