I screwed up my phone as well by using an OxygenOS image from the OnePlus website in place of the original image. To fix it, I downloaded the image file from that link and then I put my phone in fastboot mode (Power+Volume Up). Once in fastboot mode then unzip that zip file and run the packaged install.sh script to restore the original factory image. Once the phone is functional again, enable developer mode and make sure you can access the phone via adb shell.
You can use the image from that link and place it in stockImage and follow the rest of the steps after step 2 of the LRT setup instructions for installing NetHunter.
