Support for TrackingInfo in more sites

Would be nice to have TrackingInfo set for more sites that can support it.

I've thought of two obvious choices (Watch-Movies & South Park) but maybe there 
are more that offer movie and/or TV show watching.

For TV show TrackingInfo, show name (title), season and episode are needed.
for movie TrackingInfo, movie name (title), and movie year are needed.

Code needs a review for South Park since I was unable to test sites other than 
SouthParkWorld - DE / NL.

* Tube+
* ABC iView
* BBC iPlayer (I noticed season no...may episode info is available as well)
