The terrestrial location
<terrestrial name="Europe, Middle East, Africa: DVB-T/T2 Frequencies" flags="5">
should be updated, as well as all the other European locations.
UHF channels 60-69 are no longer be used for TV signals but for LTE frequencies for mobile phone networks. This has been the case for a few years now.
As such, they should be removed.
