On https://hub.docker.com/_/odoo the last 17.0 Tag is 17.0-20241125
Odoo commit odoo/odoo@4a54757 and https://github.com/odoo/enterprise/commit/37cf51aca5cc6bb7dc01d252f28548a1dbe6a411 came changes that let odoo fail to start, because the referenced field is_coa_installed is not present in the odoo container yet.
