Evaluate the possiblities to merge this.

My intuition is that there are actually very few synergies when you get into the specifics and details (which are what is needed for interop) and merging the drafts will be counter productive at best.

I share this view ^ efforts to use attestations in DCR are quite different to proposing a client authentication mechanism that uses attestations and I'd prefer we keep them distinct.
