Changes:

• Remove the overall time selector and replace it with mini pills
• Show total transactions (based on this Slack thread it seems we have the data)
• Show total accounts on the selected time frame and the active in the past 24h smaller (always past 24h regardless of selected timeframe)
• Add active nodes tooltip
• Update 'ROSE price' title
• Add price change on ROSE price widget
