SUMMARY

No response

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

We need to add Change Log fragment to Renovate bot PRs. We are doing it via Github Action.
Additional file is added using oasisprotocol-bot PAT, unfortunately it throws permission error.

remote: Permission to oasisprotocol/explorer.git denied to oasisprotocol-bot.
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/oasisprotocol/explorer/': The requested URL returned error: 403

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

No response
