Really, really simple readme:

To compile the code, clone to a local repository

git clone https://@bitbucket.org/nyimbi/voter-registration.git (This will setup your local repo)
Install pre-requisites (qt3/qt4, libfprint - http://www.reactivated.net/fprint/api/)
cd src/concept
make
