Limiting phone numbers of contacts to Singaporean numbers.

It may be better for the user if overseas numbers are also allowed. Reason is that if this application is meant for business people, they may have clients or contacts that are from overseas.

Support for overseas contacts is planned to be done in future, it is reasonable to expect that our current userbase would only consist of Singaporeans.
