Currently backlog-js provides UMD format.

To allow bundlers to enable tree shaking, I want to provide ESM format along with UMD and CJS.

ESM for bundlers (easy to tree shake)
CJS for bundlers
UMD for browsers

Roadmap

Use Vite.
- It supports ESM, CJS, UMD build.
Provide functions along with current class-based module.
- Currently we provide Backlog class.
- Tree shaking is not fully effective if a user import a class from an ESM format file.
- So I want to provide a way to import each functions (getSpace, getIssue ...).
- Backlog class should remain for compatibilily. It should refer to each function.
