-config parameter (Custom location for config files)

Hi all

This time before going ahead and doing something going to ask here if we could do what RAZE does and add/update a parameter for a custom location for config files?

raze -config ..\configs\raze as an example

Maybe could add one for saves as well ?

-cfg specifies a custom config, have you tried this?
