Summary
Intended Outcome
The configuration APIs are clearly defined and documented
Additional context
This is in baseline implementation for alpha release, but need to ensure specification is well defined. Review the code to ensure there is sufficient documentation.

There were API support in alpha-1. Should we have a some, all or none of the APIs? We may end up having some Add/Remove commands for some of the areas but not all. Should we remove the "cert-add" or "cert-remove" commands ?

We can close this, as this is the spec part, and just move with the implementation.
