Describe the solution you'd like
Update the Add Parameter.vi to allow channel faulting for all user specified Tx and Rx parameters.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Creating a User Channel that is mapped to Tx a parameters will allow you to work around this issue for Tx channels only. A model could also be implement to add this functionality. Not idea in large SIL applications.
Additional context
As a point of reference, DAQ channel faulting is allowed for both Analog Input and Analog Output channels.
