Error 404 when clicking on previous file versions #244
Comments
I have exactly the same problem, when I create a file and work on multiple versions and then want to open any of the versions it always gives me a 404 error. I leave here the technical data of my instance Nextcloud AIO. Same problem here. This is very serious if you ask me. Given the case someone accidently empties his whiteboard, it's not possible to switch to an earlier version. cheers! |
I have this issue also. I can access previous versions until the software crashes and I lose all of my whiteboard projects. Somehow it seems all the files get nuked and I'm left with a 404 error message when trying to view previous versions of files. I made more comments on the nextcloud forum: https://help.nextcloud.com/t/whiteboard-on-nc-30-hub-9-not-saving/207209/18 |
My colleagues and I have encountered 404 error when clicking on previous versions of the file in the right sidebar under "Versions".
When using a Nextcloud Office document, for instance, clicking on the old version of the file opens the file.
Whiteboard version 1.0.4, Nextcloud 30.0.1
