We should check that the whiteboard backend server runs the same version as the Nextcloud app and act in case of a version mismatch

Notify the admin about it as a setup check
Block opening the whiteboard on a major version mismatch
Expose the version on a /status endpoint so nextcloud can query it
Regularly check the version
Show the detected backend version in the admin settings
