Overlap of reactions popover and actions menu

Steps to reproduce

1. Scroll inside of a group chat so that a relatively long message is beginning above the top of the screen (so you are just able to see the bottom half of the message)
2. Tap and hold on that message to send a reaction
3. Notice, that the reaction popover is overlapped by the actions menu (reply, answer privately, forward, ...) and so you cannot send a reaction.

Expected behaviour

Reactions popover and actions menu should both be visible without overlapping.

Actual behaviour

Reactions popover and actions menu overlap.

Hey, thanks for creating the issue. We have very little control over the context menu in terms of positioning, but maybe we can limit the preview size a bit more. We will take a look.
