Describe the feature you'd like to request

Be able to transcribe a audio file in nextcloud or through upload.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add browse button in current whisper transcribe UI, and user can choose an audio file from nextcloud to be transcribed.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Add upload button in current whisper transcribe UI, and user can upload an audio file from local PC to be transcribed.
