Newer versions of Azure Linux App Services are deploying an updated version of the Kudu monitoring tools.
The new tool is running as /appservice/dotnet/dotnet /appservice/kuduagent/kuduagent.dll and is being instrumented by the .NET agent. That process should be excluded from instrumentation, just like Kudu.Services.Web.dll is currently excluded.
